WomenAILabs Board & Advisory Council Remote (global) · 2–4 hrs/month · one-year renewable term Lend your expertise in Incident Management to how WomenAILabs builds programs, reviews artifacts, and represents the organization publicly. What you'll do Join quarterly advisory sessions to guide WomenAILabs' direction in Incident Management Review and give expert feedback on WomenAILabs artifacts, curricula, or programs touching this area Advise on incident response process design for AI-related fairness and safety incidents Represent WomenAILabs in Incident Management-related conversations, panels, or partner introductions Mentor volunteers and staff working on related projects Required qualifications Meaningful professional experience in Incident Management Comfortable representing WomenAILabs publicly in this domain Available for one quarterly advisory session (60–90 minutes) plus periodic async review Willing to commit to a one-year, renewable board term Recognition Recognition as a WomenAILabs Board & Advisory seat in Incident Management: a public listing on the Advisory Council page, a LinkedIn board-service credential you can add directly to your profile, and a signed letter of appointment for your resume.
