"Day in the Life" Demonstration Series
Remote · 4–6 hrs/week · 3-week project
Show what a Source-to-Pay practitioner actually does day-to-day: following a purchase across sourcing, contracting, receiving, invoicing, and payment, and catching where the chain typically breaks.
What you'll do
Interview a WomenAILabs mentor or S2P practitioner about a typical day: sourcing, contract execution, invoice matching, and payment processing
Draft a script or outline walking through one representative day, including the tools and decisions involved
Produce the final piece as a short video, narrated walkthrough, or written explainer in the WomenAILabs format
Revise once from editorial feedback before publishing
Required qualifications
Interest in source-to-pay, finance operations, or supply chain (no prior experience required — orientation materials provided)
Comfortable writing or recording a 5–10 minute explainer
Available for one practitioner interview and one editorial review session
