An AmplifyHER™ story starts with a woman’s lived experience and follows it through to action. She tells us what happened. We look for evidence of a wider pattern. Then a Pop-Up Innovation Lab builds and tests a response, measures what changed, and invites others to carry the work forward.
That is our Story-to-Change Model: experience → evidence → action → outcome → next step.
Stories That Move Bias connects moments that are too often treated as isolated: a girl discouraged from exploring, a student underestimated, an applicant filtered out, a mother penalized for caregiving, or an expert whose work goes unrecognized. Each story helps us see the pattern—and gives a community something specific to change.
