Founding 100 AI Solutions

About this event

Founding 100 AI Solutions: Build AI Career Resilience AI is changing hiring, entry-level careers and workplace decisions faster than many people can respond. Recent graduates struggle to secure their first professional opportunity. Experienced technology workers face AI-related layoffs. At the same time, automated hiring systems can prevent qualified applicants from ever being seen. Therefore, building AI career resilience requires more than watching webinars or sharing posts. People need opportunities to learn current skills, apply them to real problems and produce credible evidence of what they can do. That is why the Women AI Labs™ Founding 100 meets every Friday. We turn urgent challenges into focused workstreams that identify, validate, remediate, test, prove and share practical solutions. Why Join Now? If AI layoffs or rapid workplace changes have you thinking about career resilience, invite a few friends and update your skills together. By volunteering approximately 10 hours per month, you can: Solve real people, process, data and technology challenges. Build practical AI, data science, Agile, testing and delivery experience. Learn alongside respected thought leaders, change leaders, technical professionals and data science experts. Teach what you know while developing skills that strengthen your career. Create measurable work that demonstrates your capabilities to employers. Help companies and communities address challenges they need solved now. Bring the skills you have. Then, identify the skills you want to build. Help This Week 1. Nominate an HDI Rising Star Deadline: TODAY, July 29, 2026 Nominate someone creating measurable change within your company, college, team, HDI chapter or best-practice community. Recognition gives emerging professionals greater visibility and helps connect them with employers, mentors and global opportunities. Furthermore, students and early-career professionals can lead workshops, develop new skills and build credible experience through Women AI Labs. Nominate an HDI Rising Star 2. Teach Python or Lead a Technical Demonstration Urgent deadline: Before Sunday, August 2, 2026 Our scheduled instructor is unavailable. Consequently, we urgently need someone who can introduce beginners to Python and demonstrate how to build a simple machine-learning solution. Additionally, we welcome technical experts who can: Lead a beginner-friendly demonstration. Mentor participants. Support breakout rooms. Recommend future technical topics. Help identify the skills jobseekers need to remain competitive. View the Python Instructor Opportunity Register for the Python and Machine Learning Bootcamp 3. Test the Women AI Labs Jobs Board Deadline: Join now. Testing is underway. We need employers, recruiters, hiring managers, jobseekers, recent graduates, accessibility specialists and employment experts to test the Women AI Labs Fair Hiring Job Board. Employers can share opportunities with candidates. Meanwhile, jobseekers, volunteers and Vibe Code participants can register their skills and become visible to organizations seeking talent. Testers will help us evaluate: Usability and accessibility Candidate and employer value Fairness and transparency Privacy and responsible data use Automated screening disclosures Human review and decision controls Explore the Fair Hiring Job Board Join the Women AI Labs Talent Pool 4. Mobilize a Cohort Team Next mobilization meeting: Friday, July 31, 2026 Invite a team from your company, university, nonprofit, startup or professional association. Cohort teams can: Participate in Vibe Coding challenges. Contribute to AI Focus Books. Attend or teach skills bootcamps. Test jobseeker and hiring solutions. Conduct research and document evidence. Build responsible AI prototypes. Develop solutions for people, process and technology challenges. Join the Founding 100 Mobilization Meeting 5. Launch Student Skills Study Groups Cohort leaders needed now Help students and jobseekers worldwide build skills for current technology careers. For example, study groups can help participants: Set up a ServiceNow Personal Developer Instance. Select relevant ServiceNow learning paths. Prepare for professional certifications. Practice Agile and project delivery. Learn prompt engineering and Vibe Coding. Build portfolio projects. Connect technical skills with available jobs. Most importantly, participants can learn together instead of trying to navigate a changing employment market alone. Who Should Be Here? Women AI Labs needs people who can lead, build, teach, test, organize, document, mentor and mobilize. We welcome: Students and recent graduates Professionals affected by AI layoffs Career changers and returning professionals Scrum Masters and project managers Prompt engineers and AI builders Developers and solution architects Quality assurance and user-acceptance testers Data scientists and responsible AI specialists Recruiters and hiring managers Career coaches and workforce-development leaders Educators and technical instructors Researchers, writers and content developers Accessibility, privacy and governance specialists Mentors and community organizers You do not need to be an AI expert to contribute. People, process, project delivery, communication, testing and community-building skills are equally important. From Concern to Proof Women AI Labs must grow quickly so we can launch multiple Vibe Coding tracks and advance the DAUGHTER™ model. However, speed alone is not enough. Each track must follow a disciplined path: Identify → Validate → Remediate → Test → Prove → Share This approach helps teams turn lived experiences and business problems into evidence, working prototypes, tested improvements and reusable practices. If you hear about an opportunity to amplify someone creating meaningful change, act on it. Likewise, if you know someone who should be at this table, invite them. Who will you nominate, invite, teach, test or mobilize this week?
