WomenAILabs™ Names Christian Oh to Lead as Global AI Positivist- Board Advisory Director

Chicago, IL | July 2026 — WomenAILabs™ proudly announces that Christian Oh will serve as Global AI Positivist- Board Advisory Director starting as emcee and oversite of our  July 18 Employment  AI Algorithm Fix- Vibe Coding Event.

This event was assembled quickly seeing the challenges our community was facing from AI Layoffs and AI Resume Rejections.  The collaboration between HDI-Chicagoland and WomenAILabs welcomes all organizations who care about community to join us in support of active vibe-coded solutions to build skills and help those impacted by AI layoffs, and AI Automatic Resume Rejection.  This is the start of an ongoing Popup Innovation concept, Chicago-built, globally open initiative to collaborate with city, community, country and world focus on advancing fair, human-centered AI. 

In this founding advisory role, Christian will build and unify  WomenAILabs  global presence, starting this Saturday, July 18 in a virtual proof of concept that will launch the much larger and broader Vibe-Coding events country and worldwide.  All are welcome to attend this Saturday 9-4 CST anywhere in the world to help work on the solutions.

HDI Chicagoland and WomenAILabs™ July 18 AI Employment Vibe Coding Event

HDI Chicagoland and WomenAILabs™ are bringing together job seekers, students, career changers, technologists, mentors, recruiters, sponsors, and allies for a virtual proof-of-visibility lab focused on AI layoffs, automated résumé rejection, and hiring bias.

On Saturday July 18, participants will identify fairness gaps, build practical solutions, and create measurable evidence of progress toward fairer employment outcomes.  The event launches a longer-term collaboration through March 8, 2027.  

  • Along the way, we will recognize sponsors, winners, mentors, judges, student builders, researchers, volunteers, and employers that help create opportunity and advance equitable AI.
  • We invite universities, faculty, recent graduates, HR leaders, recruiters, staffing experts, student organizations, innovation centers, AI professionals, mentors, judges, volunteers, and sponsors to participate.
  • Organizations may support the initiative by sponsoring events, providing prizes, nominating participants, offering mentors or judges, activating volunteers, or supporting future campus and community events.
