About the role

Lead end-to-end solution architecture with a focus on requirements, process, control, data, integration, testing, release, and audit traceability. Translate complex business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions while maintaining clear alignment between business outcomes, epics, features, stories, controls, configurations, integrations, test cases, releases, and measurable value. What you'll do Lead ServiceNow solution architecture across complex enterprise programs Establish end-to-end traceability from requirements through implementation and validation Translate business, operational, and regulatory needs into ServiceNow designs Maintain alignment across epics, features, stories, acceptance criteria, technical designs, testing, and releases Define architectural decisions, standards, and design rationale Connect business processes with ServiceNow data, workflows, integrations, controls, and reporting Establish architecture guardrails that favor scalable out-of-box capabilities Identify unnecessary customization and technical debt Lead solution-design workshops and architecture reviews Define traceability across IRM, CMDB, ITAM, ITSM, integrations, and related platform capabilities Partner with Business Process Consultants, Product Owners, Technical Consultants, developers, testers, security teams, and enterprise architects Support testing strategy, release governance, deployment readiness, and post-production validation Track architecture risks, assumptions, decisions, and dependencies Mentor technical teams and provide design oversight Required qualifications 8+ years of enterprise technology experience 5+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience 3+ years of ServiceNow solution architecture experience Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and data model Experience translating enterprise requirements into scalable platform solutions Strong Agile delivery experience Experience with requirements traceability and solution governance Strong documentation, facilitation, and executive communication skills Preferred experience ITSM ITOM CMDB CSDM IRM HAM SAM SPM IntegrationHub Flow Designer Performance Analytics Now Assist or ServiceNow AI capabilities Preferred certifications ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Certified Application Developer Relevant CIS certifications Certified Technical Architect preferred ITIL, Agile, or enterprise architecture certifications advantageous Success measures Improved requirements-to-release traceability Fewer design defects Reduced unnecessary customization Stronger auditability Better architecture reuse Improved stakeholder confidence Clearer business-to-technology alignment Compensation & confidentiality Paid at a rate set with the partner after mutual fit.
