About the role
Configure and develop ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management capabilities supporting risk, compliance, controls, audit, issues, assessments, evidence, and remediation.
What you'll do
Configure ServiceNow IRM applications
Implement Policy and Compliance Management
Configure Risk Management and Audit Management
Build risk assessments and methodologies
Configure control objectives and controls
Implement indicators and automated testing
Configure issues and remediation workflows
Build approvals, notifications, and flows
Develop dashboards and reports
Configure ACLs and role-based security
Build integrations for evidence and risk data
Migrate legacy GRC data
Develop scripts when configuration cannot meet approved requirements
Develop test cases; perform unit, system, and regression testing
Resolve defects; support UAT and stabilization
Document configurations and decisions; participate in peer reviews
Required qualifications
4+ years of ServiceNow experience (6+ years preferred for senior level)
2+ years of IRM or GRC implementation experience
Strong ServiceNow configuration skills
Strong JavaScript and Glide API knowledge
Flow Designer experience
ACL and security experience
REST/SOAP integration experience
Understanding of risk, controls, compliance, or audit processes
Preferred certifications
ServiceNow CSA
CIS Risk and Compliance
ServiceNow CAD advantageous
