About the role

Own architecture for enterprise Integrated Risk Management solutions spanning risk, policy, compliance, controls, audit, issues, remediation, third-party risk, and related workflows. What you'll do Lead end-to-end IRM solution architecture Design risk and compliance data models Define entity structures and risk taxonomies Design authority documents, policies, citations, controls, control objectives, risks, indicators, issues, and remediation relationships Design control-testing and evidence-collection approaches Define risk scoring and assessment models Architect Audit Management solutions Integrate IRM with CMDB, ITSM, SecOps, HR, and enterprise systems Define security and role models Establish dashboards and reporting architecture Guide developers through complex IRM configurations Conduct architecture reviews Reduce technical debt and unnecessary customization Support platform upgrades and roadmap decisions Partner with risk, audit, security, legal, compliance, and business stakeholders Required qualifications 8+ years of technology or GRC experience 5+ years of ServiceNow experience 3+ years of ServiceNow IRM/GRC implementation experience Deep understanding of enterprise risk and controls Strong ServiceNow architecture skills Experience with complex regulated environments Strong executive and technical communication skills Preferred experience Policy and Compliance Risk Management Audit Management Third-Party Risk Operational Risk Business Continuity Regulatory Change Advanced Risk Assessment Performance Analytics CMDB SecOps Preferred certifications ServiceNow CSA CIS Risk and Compliance CTA preferred CISA, CRISC, or CISSP advantageous
