About the role

Configure, develop, test, and deploy enterprise ServiceNow solutions while working closely with architects, BPCs, Product Owners, and client technical teams. A strong hands-on builder who can solve complex platform problems while protecting maintainability and upgradeability. What you'll do Configure and develop ServiceNow applications Translate approved requirements into technical solutions Build Flow Designer workflows and automations Develop Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, notifications, and integrations Develop IntegrationHub solutions Perform data imports, transformations, and reconciliation Troubleshoot complex platform and integration issues Support Agile story refinement and technical estimation Produce technical design documentation Build unit, system, integration, regression, and UAT test support Participate in code and configuration reviews Follow ServiceNow development best practices Identify opportunities to configure rather than customize Support upgrades and regression testing Resolve defects during implementation and stabilization Mentor junior developers Required qualifications 5+ years of ServiceNow implementation or development experience Advanced JavaScript skills Strong ServiceNow scripting and configuration experience Strong Flow Designer experience Experience with ACLs and security REST and SOAP integration experience Agile delivery experience Strong troubleshooting skills Ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders Preferred experience IRM GRC ITSM CMDB CSDM ITOM HAM SAM SPM IntegrationHub Preferred certifications ServiceNow CSA required or strongly preferred ServiceNow CAD preferred Relevant CIS certification advantageous
