About the role

Provide architecture leadership across complex ServiceNow transformation programs spanning IRM, GRC, Audit, CMDB, HAM, SAM, integrations, security, data, and platform governance. What you'll do Serve as architecture authority across enterprise ServiceNow programs Establish overall solution strategy and roadmap Lead architecture across IRM, GRC, Audit, CMDB, HAM, and SAM Define cross-product data relationships and establish enterprise platform guardrails Review and approve solution and integration designs; own major architectural decisions Establish technical standards; assess customization and technical debt Approve or reject architecture exceptions Partner with enterprise architects and senior client stakeholders Guide BPCs, Solution Architects, and Technical Consultants Define security, data, and integration architecture; ensure data lineage and traceability Connect risks, controls, audits, assets, CIs, services, and operational processes Lead design-authority meetings and conduct platform-health reviews Develop multi-release transformation roadmaps Support executive governance and recovery of complex programs Mentor architecture and technical teams Required qualifications 12+ years of enterprise technology experience 8+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience 5+ years of ServiceNow architecture leadership Deep experience across multiple ServiceNow product families Strong IRM, GRC, CMDB, and ITAM knowledge Strong integration and data architecture experience Excellent executive communication skills Demonstrated architecture-governance experience Preferred certifications ServiceNow CSA Multiple CIS certifications ServiceNow CAD CTA strongly preferred CMA progression advantageous CISA, CRISC, CISSP, ITIL, or TOGAF advantageous Success measures Improved architecture quality Lower technical debt Better reuse Greater platform scalability Higher data quality Reduced delivery risk Stronger stakeholder confidence Measurable enterprise value
